Tonite's dinner is absolutely awesome! The Chey's siblings invited me for a dinner since their mummy bought a lot of vegie for them. Haha~ Although the food is simple, it tasted really delicious! I can feel the warm while having dinner with them. Such a perfect dinner I have so far while being away from home! LOL~
A 3 dishes and a soup basic~
Sweet and sour fish
Fried egg with chinese sausage
Fried long beans and carrot with lotsa garlics!
Haha!~ This one I cooked- Chicken and mushroom soup :D

Haha! I noe you will ask, that's why I help you to ask her yesterday oledi~ LOL XDXD~ That fish is "kau yu". Her mum scraped out the flesh from the fish and mixed with cornflour then fried till 50% cooked. Then, she stored in freezer. Want to use oni take out and fried till 100% cooked. After frying the fish, she just cooked with cili sauce and tomato sauce without adding anything else. Easy rite? Haha :D
Forgot the onions. Fried fish edi, cook the onions, add fried fish then add cili and tomato sauce. ~
HAHAHAHA VERY EASY INDEED!!! i will go and buy chili sauce next time. lol btw, how cm u knw i'll ask, yea? XDXD
